1. Machine description

The DCGF Carbonated Drinks Filling Machine is mainly used to produce PET bottled carbonated drinks within the volumn 200-2500ml. And different models can offer production capacity 6000-30000BPH. The whole production process is that the empty bottle is conveyed quickly and stably into rinsing filling capping machine by air conveyor, and that after capping, the bottled carbonated drinks will be conveyed to coders where it will be printed on date of manufacture, labeled, and the final shrink film packing. During the production process, the water treatment equipment will provide purified water to rinse the PET bottles and mix the carbonated drinks, and the way of filling carbonated drinks is isobar pressure filling. The whole process is controlled by PLC and runs automatically, Through the tough screen, users can see visually the running conditions of the production line and can also carry out some relevant operation to adjust its output.

3. Main components of machine

1. Direct connection technology is adoped between air conveyor and bottle-feeding star wheel, and there is no bottle feeding screw and conveying chain. It is quite east to change the bottle shape.

2. Bottle neck-hold technology is adopted for bottle conveying. While changing the bottle shape. users only need to replace the arc guide plate, star wheel and other nylon parts that are relevant to the bottle diameter.

3. The 3 in 1 unit machine incorporates rinsing, filling, and capping into one, thus making bottle wear rate lower, conveying accurate and stable, changing bottle shape more convenient.

4. The specially designed bottle gripper of rinser is made of fully stainless steel, so it is durable and firm. Besides, it doesn't contact with the screw parts of bottle neck, thus avoiding the secondarey contamination.

5. The machine is designed with high-speed mass flow gravity filling valve to ensure the high filling speed and precise liquid level without any loss.
